Butler Design Group 2021

Over the last 30 years, CCS has become one of the largest AV integration groups in the U.S.

Going from two employees to over 300 with offices in 17 states. CCS’ goal was to create an innovative, dynamic, modern headquarters office with technology showcasing its AV design capabilities. The new environment is ideal for hosting events and seminars with highly collaborative, modern features, including a two-story lobby opening out to a multi-functional indoor/outdoor café event space and training center. Large glass movable walls and an oversized garage door leads to an outdoor amenity patio that can quickly transform the area into an event space large enough for more than 150 guests.

Our Design Partners

This vibrant, tech-forward office was developed by architecture firms Butler Design Group and Threaded Studio and interior designers The Smith Group as the new national headquarters of CCS Presentation Systems, an audio visual integration company relocating to Mesa, Arizona. Wespac Construction served as the General Contractor.

The new space incorporates a modern industrial aesthetic with white oak wood accents, blackened steel, and dark open ceilings. The wall-to-wall glass offices provide ample natural light, and a neutral black and white color palette accentuates the accents of branded color throughout. Tech integration is first highlighted in the space’s entrance with wooden bleachers that face a large direct view LED video wall. Above the lobby is a glass and wood conference room that acts as a bridge and focal point connecting the 1^st and 2^nd floors.

The floor plan is a visually open and energetic space that innovates the way employees work and collaborate. The new space will show clients and visitors real-life working AV solutions including interactive presentation, sound masking, video distribution, room control and automation, esports, unified communication and much more.
